Somatic Embodiment Yoga

Your First Session.

If you are new to this Wild Heart Somatic Yoga, please begin by booking the Initial Intake and with Intro Session.

The first session is dedicated to getting to know you. We will go over your intake form with a focus on your goals and from there, we will co-create a plan for our time together that suits you best. This usually takes 30 minutes or more.

This will be followed by a short introduction session based around your goals. It will focus on introducing trauma-informed somatic embodiment yoga, nervous system regulation tools & education and depending on your comfort level, massage therapy and restorative touch.

After your intro session, you can book a follow-up session.
These come in:

60 minutes >
90 minutes >
120 minutes >

Each session is meant to be flexible, so we can adapt to what your needs might be, or what’s coming up on any given day. The time is yours and we will always be collaborative and creative with the each session.

Note: Provided you are comfortable with it, all Somatic Embodiment Yoga Sessions will incorporate Massage Therapy techniques.

If yoga isn’t your thing, or you would like to experience somatic body work a different way, I offer traditional Massage Therapy as well. This experience is still collaborative, and will always focus on your wellness goals.

I use a mix of relaxation massage, deep tissue, myo-fascial release, and trigger-point therapy, along with nervous system regulation tools. Whether seeking relief from chronic pain, stress, anxiety, or if you simply want a moment of calm, I am committed to supporting you on your unique wellness journey.

All in-studio appointments are covered by insurance plans in Alberta under Registered Massage Therapy.
