My name is Jess.
I can’t wait to meet you!
I am a Registered Massage Therapist, Social Worker and a Somatic Embodiment Yoga teacher. I have a deep passion for working with individuals who have experienced trauma and integrate my unique blend of modalities with my lived experience into my work.
My hope is to walk along-side you while we collaborate to create a space of empowerment and exploration, where you can cultivate a deeper connection to your body through somatic embodiment yoga, nervous system regulation, and massage therapy.
Here, I will invite you to be gentle, curious and kind to yourself as we explore listening to the language of your body and moving through your emotions at your own pace.

My approach prioritizes meeting you where you are at, physically, emotionally, energetically and spiritually and facilitating a space where you’re able to tap into your own inner knowing and form a deeper embodied connection with yourself.
I combine my background in Registered Massage Therapy, Social Work and Embodiment Yoga, with my training in Somatics, nervous system regulation techniques and trauma work. I also integrate a strengths-based approach, anti-oppressive practice and a social justice lens.
